79 Synthesis of compound 79.1.
To a solution of 79 (5.0g, 37.87mmol, 1.5eq) in sulfuric acid (17mL) was added nitric acid (23mL) dropwise at 0°C. Reaction mixture was stirred at 0°C for 2h. After completion of reaction, reaction mixture was transferred to ice and product was extracted with ethyl acetate. Organic layer was combined, dried over sodium sulfate and concentrated under reduced pressure to obtain 79.1. (3.2g, Yield: 47.74%), MS (ES): m/z 178.01 [M+H] +.
