TLC (DCM-MeOH = 9: 1 ) indicated the reaction was almost completed. e solution was concentrated in vacuo to give syrup which was triturated with a small amount of thanol to give 640 mg solid product. The filtrate was concentrated and then further purified by flash omatography on a silica gel column using DCM-MeOH 30:1 to 10:1 gradient eluent to give ditional 200 mg product resulting in the total yield of 75.4%.
