Step2: Add in the reactorIntermediate A-2-1 (2.79 g, 10 mmol),50% acetic acid (4.10 mL) and sulfuric acid (0.2 mL),Stir after 16 hours of reflux,After the mixture is cooled to room temperature,The reaction was terminated by dropwise addition of 10 mL of cold distilled water.After stirring for 0.5 h,The reaction mixture was extracted with distilled water and chloroform.It was then concentrated to give intermediate A-2-2 (1.95 g, 97%).
