1 Synthesis of compound A34-2
Compound A34-1 (190 mg, 0.88 mmol) was dissolved in 8 mL of methanol/H2O (3:1), and hydrated lithium hydroxide (54 mg, 1.30 mmol) was added thereto. After 2 h of reaction at room temperature, TLC showed that the reaction was complete. The pH was adjusted to 3-4 with dilute hydrochloric acid, and the aqueous phase was extracted with ethyl acetate (40 mL*3). The organic phases were combined, dried and spin-dried to obtain compound A34-2 (70 mg, yield 43%).
