(1) in the 200ml reactor with mechanical stirring, condenser, heating system, add the purity of 99.5% perfluorooctyl iodide 20g (0.0364mol) and initiator di-tert-butyl peroxide 0.05g and pass into Ethylene gas, evacuated air and pressurized to 0.5MPa, and maintained the pressure at 0.5-0.8MPa during the reaction process, the speed was 600r/min, reacted at 115 °C for 2 h, cooled to 50 °C after the reaction, and collected the whole product. The crude product of fluorooctyl ethyl iodide was cooled and added with dichloromethane to dissolve the product to remove insoluble impurities, and the dichloromethane was removed by rotary evaporation to obtain 20.3 g of the product,The purity was 99.84% and the yield was 97% after detection by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.
