30.0 g (152.57 mmol) of (E) -2-methyl-3- (3-chlorophenyl) acrylic acid,200mL of toluene, 42.8g (155.62mmol) of DPPA and 16.2g (160.20mmol) of triethylamine were sequentially added to a 500mL reaction flask, and the reaction was stirred at 25 ° C for 0.5h;Warm to 110 for 1h;100 mL of concentrated hydrochloric acid was added to the reaction solution, and the reaction was incubated for 1.5 h.The reaction solution was cooled to room temperature, and the organic layer was separated. The crude product was subjected to rectification to obtain 20.8 g of 1- (3-chlorophenyl) -2-acetone with a yield of 81%.The product was analyzed by gas chromatography and the purity was above 99.5%.
