Compound 3m-3-Compound 3m-2 (1.6 g, 2.74 mmol) was dissolved in methanolic ammonia (120 mL, saturated at 0° C.). The mixture was stirred at RT for 20 hours. The solution was evaporated to dryness and the residue was purified on a silica gel column (DCM:MeOH=100:1 to 50:1) to give 3m-3 as a light yellow foam (620 mg, 83.1%). 1H NMR (MeOD, 400 MHz) δ 8.05 (s, 1H), 5.93 (s, 1H), 4.01-3.97 (m, 1H), 3.91-3.86 (m, 2H), 3.80-3.76 (m, 1H), 1.85 (s, 3H), 1.13 (s, 3H).
