Steps:
1 -Morpholin-4-yl-3-[4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-[1 ,3,2]dioxaborolan-2-yl)-phenoxy]-propan-2-ol- (B27)
A solution of 4-(oxiran-2-ylmethoxy)phenylboronic acid, pinacol ester (1 .0 g, 3.62 mmol) and morpholine (443 μ, 5.07 mmol) in isopropanol (20 mL) was heated at 100°C for 30 min in a microwave reactor (200 W). The reaction was repeated once more. The two reaction mixtures were combined and concentrated in vacuo. The crude solid was pre-absorbed onto silica and purified by silica gel chromatography eluting with 0-5% MeOH/DCM to afford 1 -morpholin-4-yl-3-[4-(4, 4,5,5- tetramethyl-[1 ,3,2]dioxaborolan-2-yl)-phenoxy]-propan-2-ol (B27) as a white solid (2.56 g, 97%); LC-MS. Rt 1 .90 min, AnalpH2_MeOH_4min(1); (ESI+) m/z 364.4 [M+H]+.
