In a reaction flask, uracil-5-carboxylic acid (1 g, 6.4 mmol) was dissolved in DMF (15 ml) , and Cs2CO3(12.5 g, 38.4 mmol) and CH3I (4.6 g, 32 mmol) were successively added, the reaction solution was reacted at 60 for 16 hours. Water was added to the reaction solution, and the reaction solution was extracted with ethyl acetate, washed with saturated brine, and dried with anhydrous sodium sulfate. The reactant was concentrated to obtain 0.8 g of a khaki solid. MS (m/z) : 199 [M+H]+.
