Steps:
TBAF (1.0 M in THF, 250 μL, 0.25 mmol, 2.5 equiv) was added dropwise to a solution of bis(TBS)sulfamoyladenosine 3 (57.4 mg, 0.1 mmol) in anhyd THF (4.0 mL). The reaction mixture was stirred at rt for 30 min. The solvent was then evaporated.
