Add 30mL p-xylene, 100mL three-necked flask equipped with condenser and thermometer1.17g of n-butylamine with a concentration of 16mmol and 2.16g of phenylisothiocyanate with a concentration of 16mmol were introduced into nitrogen, stirred, and heated to reflux for 5h. After the reaction is completed, after the reaction liquid is cooled, the solvent is removed by vacuum rotary evaporation,The concentrate was purified by silica gel column chromatography and vacuum dried to obtain 1.38 g of oily liquid product with a yield of 75.0% and a GC purity of 99.0%.
