Steps:
4.1 (1) Synthesis of cyclohexyl chloroacetate
A dry three-necked flask is connected to a thermometer, water trap and mechanical stirring. Add 32.4 g (0.32 mol) of cyclohexanol, 33.6 g (0.36 mol) of chloroacetic acid, 1 g of p-toluene sulfonic acid and 100 ml of toluene into the reaction flask, reflux and dehydrate to the theoretical value (about 4 hours) under stirring, GC Analyze that the cyclohexanol content is lower than 0.5% as the end point of the reaction. After cooling to room temperature, the reactants were washed with water, saturated sodium bicarbonate aqueous solution, and water, dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate, filtered with suction, and the filter cake was washed with toluene.
