In a flask, (7E, 9Z) -dodeca-7,9-dien-1-ol (1.60 g) obtained in Step 4 was added.Acetic anhydride (0.99 g),Triethylamine (0.98 g),4-Dimethylaminopyridine (1.1 mg) was added and stirred at room temperature for 3 hours.
