Compound 1d’ was treated with 2 ml of DCM and 2 ml of TFA and stirred for 5 minutes at r.t. The removal of the Boc protecting group was monitored by TLC (EtOAc: MeOH, 9:1, 1% AcOH). The solvents were removed under reduced pressure to afford compound 1d in a quantitative yield. Compound 1d was used in the next step without further purification and characterization.
