(1) 34.3 g of commercially available pyromellitic dianhydride (GC analysis purity: 98.2%) and 250 mL of deionized water was charged into 500 mL and the reaction was heated to reflux for 4h.after cooling the reaction to room temperature, filtrated , then the filter cake was subjected to decolourization and purification using deionized water and activated carbon and then obtained 38.5g of white solid hydrogenated pyromellitic acid, the yield was 96.6%, GC analysis was 98.50%.
