6 Example 6: Synthesis of sec-butyl methacrylate

After the reaction was completed, the layers were separated, and the upper organic layer was distilled under reduced pressure (-100KPa) at 15°C to remove sec-butanol and recovered to obtain the product methyl The yield of sec-butyl acrylate was 73%, and new raw materials were added to the remaining deep eutectic solvent layer, and the above process was repeated.
