The by-product hydrogen chloride in the dropping reaction process enters the falling film absorption system to produce hydrochloric acid. After the reaction, the materials are neutralized,There is no trimethoxyhydrosilane in the detected product, and the dehydrogenation of trichlorosilane is complete;After rectification, 1110 kg of tetramethoxysilane product with a purity of 98.4% was obtained, with a yield of 96.8%.200 kg of carbon tetrachloride with a purity of 98% was obtained.
