20 mol of methyltrichlorosilane was added to the reaction flask at a controlled temperature of 15±1°C; 59 mol of sodium ethoxide was dissolved in 59 mol of ethanol, and the reaction bottle was continuously added under stirring; the reaction was continued for 3 h after the completion of the addition. Then, the alcoholysis mixture was suction-filtered under reduced pressure to obtain a filtrate, and the filtrate was subjected to rectification and separation to obtain 19.82 mol of methyltriethoxysilane.The product yield was 99.1% and the product chlorine content was 25 ppm.
