向反應(yīng)燒瓶中加入200 mL N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF),在N2保護(hù)下,加入腺嘌呤(30.0 g,0.222 mol,1當(dāng)量),攪拌。隨后加入NaOH(0.45 g,0.011 mol)和R-碳酸丙烯酯(28.5 g,0.279 mol,1.26當(dāng)量)。反應(yīng)混合物在取樣試驗(yàn)后12小時(shí)內(nèi)升溫至130-140℃,當(dāng)腺嘌呤含量降至1%或更低時(shí),停止反應(yīng)。緩慢降溫至90℃以下,加入200 mL甲苯,繼續(xù)冷卻至0-5℃,攪拌混合物2小時(shí)。過濾,干燥,得到38.13 g白色固體,收率87%。
