A. 合成(叔丁基)[(5-氯(2-噻吩基))磺?；鵠胺（0316）的一般步驟：在0℃下，將5.5g（27.5mmol）5-氯噻吩-2-磺酰氯溶解于無水THF中，緩慢加入5.7mL（75.5mmol）叔丁胺。反應(yīng)混合物逐漸升溫至23℃并攪拌反應(yīng)。反應(yīng)完成后，用125mL乙醚稀釋反應(yīng)混合物，過濾去除不溶物。濾液依次用1N HCl和鹽水洗滌，然后以無水MgSO4干燥。最后，通過真空濃縮去除溶劑，得到6.4g（產(chǎn)率98%）目標(biāo)化合物，為油狀物。
