步驟1:硝化反應(yīng) 將2.21 g (16.7 mmol) 四氟硼酸硝鎓懸浮于30 mL二氯甲烷中。在回流條件下,緩慢滴加3.0 g (15.9 mmol) 2-溴-5-氟甲苯溶于30 mL二氯甲烷的溶液。滴加完畢后,繼續(xù)在回流條件下攪拌反應(yīng)混合物6小時(shí)。反應(yīng)完成后,將混合物倒入冰水中,用二氯甲烷萃取。合并有機(jī)相,用水洗滌,無水硫酸鈉干燥,隨后在旋轉(zhuǎn)蒸發(fā)儀上濃縮,得到黃色油狀物。靜置過夜,油狀物結(jié)晶。過濾收集晶體,用2 mL戊烷洗滌,干燥后得到265 mg (產(chǎn)率6.9%) 目標(biāo)產(chǎn)物1-溴-4-氟-2-甲基-5-硝基苯。產(chǎn)物經(jīng)GC/MS分析(方法8,EIpos):保留時(shí)間Rt = 4.49 min,質(zhì)荷比m/z = 232/234 [M]+。
