Recombinant ?FMDV (SAT-1) VP1 Protein, N-His ?(VK500132)是武漢艾必賽生物科技有限公司(abinScience)推出的一款高純度、高免疫原性的重組病毒蛋白。該產(chǎn)品為口蹄疫病毒(FMDV)南非1型(SAT-1)的衣殼蛋白VP1,攜帶N端組氨酸(His)標簽,采用大腸桿菌系統(tǒng)表達并純化。VP1蛋白是口蹄疫病毒的主要衣殼蛋白和關(guān)鍵抗原,負責病毒與宿主細胞受體的結(jié)合,并能誘導(dǎo)機體產(chǎn)生中和抗體,是研究病毒致病機制、開發(fā)診斷試劑及亞單位疫苗的核心原料。
