產(chǎn)品介紹:InVivoMAb Anti-SEBOV/ZEBOV GP/Envelope glycoprotein Antibody (Iv0198)|VK623050 是艾必賽生物(abinScience)推出的人源單克隆抗體(人 IgG),靶向扎伊爾埃博拉病毒(ZEBOV, strain Mayinga-76)與蘇丹埃博拉病毒(SEBOV, Gulu/2000)的包膜糖蛋白 GP,可同時(shí)交叉識(shí)別兩種高危埃博亞型,適用于 ELISA、流式(FCM)及中和實(shí)驗(yàn)(Neutralization),也可作為體內(nèi)(In Vivo)研究級(jí)抗體使用。該抗體經(jīng) Protein A/G 純化,純度 >95%(SDS-PAGE),以液體形式保存在 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4 中;短期 4°C(1–2 周),長(zhǎng)期建議 -20°C(≤12 個(gè)月)/ -80°C 避反復(fù)凍融。(RUO,僅限科研/非臨床用途)
埃博拉病毒歸類于絲狀病毒科,為單股負(fù)鏈 RNA 病毒,其中扎伊爾型(ZEBOV)致死率最高(可 >50%),蘇丹型(SEBOV)亦具高致病性。人際傳播以接觸患者/死者血液、體液及污染物為主,早期表現(xiàn)為高熱、肌痛、胃腸癥狀,重癥進(jìn)展為血管內(nèi)皮損傷、凝血障礙、多器官衰竭及出血。病毒表面 GP(GP1,2)三聚體刺突通過(guò) GP1 結(jié)合宿主受體(如 NPC1 通路)、GP2 介導(dǎo)膜融合完成入侵,同時(shí) GP 還可下調(diào)整合素表達(dá)、擾亂免疫監(jiān)視,是中和抗體、抗病毒藥物及疫苗的核心靶點(diǎn)。Iv0198 能同時(shí)覆蓋 ZEBOV 與 SEBOV 兩種 GP,適合用于跨毒株血清學(xué)檢測(cè)、流式分型、中和效價(jià)評(píng)估及體內(nèi)保護(hù)實(shí)驗(yàn)的方法搭建與對(duì)照設(shè)置。
