鈣鈦礦太陽能電池的制備不僅需要高純度的功能層材料，襯底處理、工藝耗材和器件封裝同樣決定著最終的器件質(zhì)量與壽命。從導(dǎo)電玻璃的清洗到薄膜的過濾，從蒸鍍掩膜板到最終的封裝保護(hù)，每一個環(huán)節(jié)的配套產(chǎn)品選擇都影響器件的可靠性和重現(xiàn)性。襯底的清潔度直接影響SAM分子的自組裝質(zhì)量，過濾器的化學(xué)兼容性影響前驅(qū)體溶液的穩(wěn)定性，封裝材料的阻水性能則決定器件的使用壽命。 全流程配套思路：導(dǎo)電玻璃根據(jù)器件結(jié)構(gòu)選擇FTO（適合高溫?zé)Y(jié)）或ITO（適合低溫/柔性），根據(jù)基底面積選擇100×100 mm或15×15 mm規(guī)格。玻璃清洗環(huán)節(jié)，中性pH清洗液配合PTFE清洗架是關(guān)鍵。溶液過濾時，疏水PTFE針式過濾器（0.22 μm）適用于有機(jī)溶劑過濾。封裝方面，POE熱熔膠膜提供粘結(jié)與層壓，丁基膠帶提供邊緣密封（水蒸氣透過率極低），紫外固化UV膠提供快速固化，高阻水柔性背板專為柔性器件設(shè)計。
