產(chǎn)品介紹：AntiEbolavirus GP/Glycoprotein Reference Antibody (Ansuvimab, RUO)｜VK623076是艾必賽生物（abinScience）推出的人源化單克隆參照抗體（人 IgG1kappa），靶向扎伊爾埃博拉病毒（Zaire ebolavirus）的包膜糖蛋白 GP，可作為埃博拉病毒血清學/功能性 assay 的陽性/藥物參照質(zhì)控工具。該抗體在哺乳動物細胞中表達**，糖基化更接近天然構象，經(jīng) Protein A/G 純化，純度 >95%（SDSPAGE），以液體形式保存在 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4中；短期 4°C（1–2 周），長期建議 -20°C（≤12 個月）/ -80°C避反復凍融使用。（RUO，僅限科研/非臨床用途）

扎伊爾埃博拉病毒是最常見且致死率最高的埃博拉病毒種（病死率可高達約 50% 甚至更高），基因組為單股負鏈 RNA，歸類于絲狀病毒科。人際傳播主要依賴接觸患者/死者血液及體液/污染物；病程早期以高熱、全身痛、胃腸道癥狀為主，重癥可出現(xiàn)血管內(nèi)損傷、凝血紊亂、多器官衰竭及出血。病毒表面GP（GP1,2）三聚體刺突負責與宿主受體通路（如 NPC1 相關途徑）介導附著—內(nèi)吞—膜融合并完成入侵，因此是中和抗體、藥物與疫苗研發(fā)的核心靶點。
