IL-7分子背景
白細胞介素7也稱為IL7、IL-7，是紅骨髓和胸腺中基質細胞分泌的造血生長因子。它也由角質形成細胞、樹突細胞、肝細胞、神經元和上皮細胞產生，但不是由淋巴細胞產生的。IL-7刺激多能造血干細胞分化為淋巴祖細胞，它還刺激淋巴譜系中所有細胞（B細胞、T細胞和NK細胞）的增殖。在B細胞成熟、T細胞和NK細胞存活、發(fā)育和穩(wěn)態(tài)的某些階段，它對增殖很重要。IL-7是一種對B和T細胞發(fā)育很重要的細胞因子。這種細胞因子和肝細胞生長因子（HGF）形成異二聚體，作為前B細胞生長刺激因子發(fā)揮作用。IL-7與IL-7受體結合，IL-7受體是由白細胞介素-7受體α和普通γ鏈受體組成的異二聚體。Il-7促進血液系統(tǒng)惡性腫瘤（急性淋巴細胞白血病、T細胞淋巴瘤）。在HIV感染患者的血漿中也檢測到IL-7水平升高。IL-7作為一種免疫治療劑已在許多臨床前動物研究中進行了研究，最近在各種惡性腫瘤和HIV感染期間的人類臨床試驗中也進行了研究。IL-7也可能有利于改善同種異體干細胞移植后的免疫恢復。
