11R-VIVIT is a cell permeability nuclear factor (NFAT) inhibitor peptide that activates T cells. It is a 30 amino acid straight chain peptide containing a large amount of arginine and guanidine groups in its sequence, giving the peptide the biological function of penetrating cell membranes. At the same time, 11R-VIVIT can also be used to study podocytes and diabetes nephropathy.
