The compound represented by the formula (I-3) and a base (sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide in 1:1) are dissolved in a solvent at a molar ratio of 1:3 (the volume ratio of water to 1,4-dioxane is In 10:1), a 700 mL mass concentration of 50% of the raw material liquid was added to the autoclave; 10% of the mass of the compound represented by the formula (I-3) was added to the Fe3O4/graphene catalyst obtained in Example 1. Into the raw material solution, hydrogen is introduced to maintain a hydrogen pressure of 0.1 MPa. The reaction was started by heating to a temperature of 100°C. The reaction liquid was monitored in real-time using high-performance liquid chromatography during the reaction. After the reaction was completed, the reaction mixture was cooled to room temperature, hydrogen was discharged to recover normal pressure, and the catalyst was recovered. Hydrochloric acid was added dropwise to adjust the reaction mixture to medium. Sex, the resulting precipitate is filtered, washed with hot water, and dried to obtain the benzotriazole ultraviolet absorber of formula (II-3). The measurement results showed that the conversion rate of raw materials was 100%, the yield of benzotriazole ultraviolet absorber was 97.95%, and the liquid phase purity of the product was 97.02%.
