10.1 Step 1: Synthesis of (4-bromophenyl) phenyl carbamate
At 0° C., phenyl chloroformate (1.60 ml, 1.50 mmol) was slowly added dropwise to a solution of 4-bromoaniline (2.00 g, 11.63 mmol) in EtOAc (25 mL), and reacted at room temperature for 2 h.The reaction solution was diluted with EtOAc (50mL), and then diluted with H2Wash with O (20mL×3) and saturated NaCl solution (20mL), anhydrous Na2SO4Dry and concentrate under reduced pressure to obtain a pink solid (3.33 g, 97%).
