Using ethanol as the solvent, adding C3 and palladium-carbon (10%) sequentially, using a hydrogen balloon to ventilate three times, and react at room temperature under hydrogen for 5 hours. After TLC detects that the reaction is complete, the reaction solution is filtered, and the filtrate is collected and distilled under reduced pressure to obtain C4, with a yield of about 100%.
