React for 5 hours at room temperature. after completion of the reaction, 8ml of water was added and 0.05g of testosterone cypionate, after stirring for 1 hour and the precipitated product was filtered, and then rinsed under aqueous acetone and the product dried in vacuo at room temperature after to obtain 5.5g of testosterone cypionate acid, yield 77%, HPLC: 98.77%.
