Reaction Conditions:
Stage #1: oenanthic acid;17β-hydroxy-3-ethoxyandrosta-3,5-dienewith dmap;1-ethyl-(3-(3-dimethylamino)propyl)-carbodiimide hydrochloride in 1,2-dichloro-ethane at 20;Inert atmosphere;
Stage #2: with sulfuric acid in water;

5) Under argon protection, add 9.6g of 17β-hydroxy-3-ethoxy-androsta-3,5-diene into 9.6ml of dichloroethane, add 4.8g of 4-dimethylaminopyridine, 19.2g 1-(3-Dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride (EDCI), turn on the stirring, add 7.7g heptanoic acid, keep the temperature at 20°C until the reaction is complete, add water, add 2.9ml Sulfuric acid, after the hydrolysis reaction is completed, separate the water layer, add 96ml of 5% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, stir and layer, wash with water to neutral, the organic layer is concentrated and dried, watered out, filtered, and dried to obtain 11.7g of testosterone enanthate. The initial yield is 117%, the purity is 97.2%, and the molar yield of the acylation reaction is 96.3%.
