b) 將1-甲氧基-2-甲基-4-硝基苯（9.5 g, 57 mmol）溶于甲醇（100 mL）中，加入10%鈀碳催化劑（1.5 g）。在氫氣氛圍（1 atm）下，室溫攪拌反應(yīng)混合物16小時。反應(yīng)完成后，通過硅藻土（CELITE?）墊過濾混合物以去除催化劑。濾液在減壓下濃縮，得到4-甲氧基-3-甲基苯胺（8.0 g, 57 mmol, 100% yield）。4-甲氧基-3-甲基苯胺的核磁共振氫譜（1H NMR, 400 MHz, CDCl3）數(shù)據(jù)如下：δ 6.67 (d, 1H), 6.54 (dd, 1H), 6.50 (d, 1H), 3.77 (s, 3H), 3.29 (br s, 2H, NH2), 2.18 (s, 3H) ppm；質(zhì)譜（ESI）m/z: 138 ([M + H]+)。
