3,4,5-三氟溴苯的合成步驟如下:(1)在2升反應(yīng)燒瓶中加入1摩爾1,2,3-三氟苯和3摩爾二氯甲烷,將混合溶液冷卻至8-12℃;(2)將1.0摩爾溴化鈉和120克磷酸二氫鈉溶于水中,制備成水溶液,冷卻至12℃后加入步驟(1)的反應(yīng)瓶中;(3)在15℃下,將含有1.2摩爾次氯酸鈉的10%次氯酸鈉溶液緩慢滴加到反應(yīng)燒瓶中,滴加過程持續(xù)100分鐘,隨后在相同溫度下繼續(xù)反應(yīng)60分鐘;(4)反應(yīng)完成后,靜置分層,分離有機相,用水洗滌至中性,用氯化鈣干燥,然后去除溶劑,得到粗品3,4,5-三氟溴苯;(5)粗品在-25℃下進(jìn)行熔融重結(jié)晶,得到200克純品3,4,5-三氟溴苯,產(chǎn)率為94.6%,純度為99.5%。
