Steps:
2 (2) Synthesis of 2-amino-5-nitropyridine
2-aminopyridine was added 18.82g (0.2mol) in a reaction vessel, 75.3 g of dichloroethane, stirred and dissolved, and slowly added dropwise below 10 concentrated sulfuric acid / nitric acid fuming mixed acid 45.17g, 60 addition was complete 12 hours, the reaction liquid from light yellow to red wine.After completion of the reaction, cooled to room temperature, washed with water to pH5.8, the organic layer was recovered under reduced pressure dichloroethane, the residue was slowly poured into ice water to precipitate dark yellow precipitate was filtered, washed with water, and dried to give 2-amino-5- nitropyridine 25.83g, HPLC purity of 98.66%, the yield was 91.67%.
