1.1 1. Synthesis of compound 2:
Add 20g (0.2mol) of compound 1:2-aminothiazole in a 250mL flask,Add 30mL concentrated sulfuric acid and 10mL nitric acid (40%) dropwise under ice bath,Stir at 15°C overnight.Use 1M NaOH to adjust the pH to 8, filter the precipitate, and rinse with plenty of water.Using petroleum ether: ethyl acetate 5:1 as the mobile phase, it was passed through a silica gel column to obtain 17.1 g of compound 2 (yield 59%).
