4 Preparation of compound 5
Add 7.8 g of compound 4 to a 250 ml reaction flask and dissolve with 40 ml of methanol, and then add 20 ml of water. Add 8.31g of 25% sodium hydroxide solution dropwise under stirring. After adding room temperature reaction for 1h, the raw material reaction is detected, and methanol is concentrated and removed. Add 40ml of water to dissolve, and adjust PH=4~5 with 2N hydrochloric acid. Filtered, solids dried to obtain 6.3g compound 5. Yield: 88.26%.
