In air, to a Schlenk tube were added compound 6 (79.7 mg, 0.40mmol),15 Ph3PAuNTf2 (5.9 mg, 0.02 equiv), anhydrous CH2Cl2 (6 mL) and HClconcd (12 M, 40 μL, 2.4 equiv). The resulting mixture was stirred at 40 °C overnight (about 10 h). Subsequently, the reaction was cooled to r.t., and the mixture was subjected to flash column chromatography for purification directly, using CH2Cl2-EtOAc as the eluent. White solid, yield: 67.6 mg (99%)
