Steps:
ExperimentalAdded to a mixture of sulfur (0.1 g, 3.125 mmol), respectively selenium (0.1 g, 1.266 mmol), and ionic liquid (1.5 mL), the same molar equivalent of phosphite triester was added, as shown below.The reaction mixture was kept under nitrogen, at 800C for 2 hours, then analyzed by 31P NMR using as solvent CDCI3.
